Counter-Notification Procedures

If you believe that your content has been wrongfully removed due to a mistake or misidentification, you have the right to file a counter-notification. To do so, please provide the following information in writing to our Copyright Agent:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the content that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the content appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification of the content.
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which the address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which the service provider may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement.

The process for reinstating material will follow the provisions outlined in Section 512(g)(2) and (3) of the DMCA.
